1. Registration Guidelines for Accepted Papers
To ensure inclusion of accepted papers in the conference program, proceedings, and journal special issues, authors must follow the guidelines below:
- Mandatory Registration:
- At least one author must register for each accepted paper.
- Papers without valid registration will not be included in the conference schedule, proceedings, or presentation sessions.
- Eligibility for Journal Special Issue:
- Only registered and presented papers will be considered for possible publication in the journals opted for special issues of the conference.
- Journal publication is subject to additional peer review and editorial approval.
- Registration does not guarantee journal publication.
- One Registration – One Paper: Each registration is valid for one paper only. Separate registration is required for each additional accepted paper.
- Presentation Requirement:
- The registered author must present the paper during the assigned session.
- Failure to present may result in removal of the paper from the proceedings and journal consideration.
- Certificates:
- Certificates will be issued only to registered and presenting authors.
- Co-authors will receive certificates only if they are registered participants.
- Correct Registration Category:
- Authors must register under the appropriate category (Student / Academician / Industry / Foreign).
- The organizing committee reserves the right to verify and modify the category if necessary.
- Payment Confirmation:
- Registration is considered complete only after verification of payment.
- Authors must submit proof of payment clearly mentioning:
- Paper ID
- Author Name
- Registration Category
- Non-Refundable Policy:
- All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
